Everything you need to know before arriving at the airport — ID requirements, check-in times, and boarding cutoffs.
ID Requirements
- One piece of valid PHOTO identification that is issued by government authority and shows the passenger’s name and date of birth OR
- Two pieces of valid identification that are issued by government authority, at least one of which shows the passenger’s name and date of birth OR
- A restricted area identity card, as defined in section 3 of the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations.
NOTE: Passengers wearing hats or/and masks must be removed for identification purposes.

⚠️ Important Notes
• Even if your flight is delayed, you must check in minimum 45 minutes before the original departure time.
• Agents may allow later check-in only if the flight is delayed by 2+ hours.
• Passengers arriving after the cut-off times may be denied boarding.
