We recommend a minimum of 96 hours for scheduling, subject to aircraft availability and operational requirements.
• Dash 8-100 Cargo: Up to 8,900 lbs (depending on weather and route alternates)
• ATR 72-500F: Up to 16,000 lbs (depending on destination, alternates, and conditions)
All cargo must be delivered at least 24 hours before the scheduled departure time.
Cargo door dimensions are available upon request. Please contact our cargo team for specific measurements and loading requirements.
Refrigeration services are not available at all cargo locations. Please contact your departure station in advance to confirm availability before shipping. Note: Air Creebec is not liable for any delay or loss involving perishable goods.

Note: All charters must be paid in full or on account before departure.
Yes. Forklift service can be arranged by Air Creebec upon request.
No. All cargo must be picked up immediately upon arrival due to the absence of on-site storage and Transport Canada regulations.
Additional charges may include:
- De-icing fees may apply as per published rates
- Delay charges may apply if ground crews are not present to receive the cargo, leading to delays
Handling of dangerous goods fees apply.
No. Air Creebec cargo facilities are closed on weekends.
