Before You Travel

1. One piece of valid PHOTO identification that is issued by government authority and shows the passenger’s name and date of birth OR
2. Two pieces of valid identification that are issued by government authority, at least one of which shows the passenger’s name and date of birth OR
3. A restricted area identity card, as defined in section 3 of the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations.

NOTE: Passengers wearing hats or/and masks must be removed for identification purposes.

To ensure a smooth travel experience, please follow the check-in timelines below.

• Even if your flight is delayed, you must check in minimum 45 minutes before the original departure time.
• Agents may allow later check-in only if the flight is delayed by 2+ hours.
• Passengers arriving after the cut-off times may be denied boarding.
