No. Passenger parking is not available at our YUL commercial flight terminal.
Please use the ADM airport parking facilities.
Upon arrival of commercial flights at the FBO, a shuttle service is provided to bring passengers to their vehicles.
Air Creebec will deliver mishandled baggage to the nearest airport only.
No. Air Creebec cargo facilities are closed on weekends.
Travel Policies
Carry-on: 1 purse + 1 carry-on (13 lbs max; 9×16×22.5 in or 22.5×40×56 cm)
Checked baggage: Up to 44 lbs total
Excess baggage: Max 26 lbs (12 kg). Over that must be sent as cargo.

Rates vary by route. Please provide your departure and destination so we can provide the correct rate. Contact our reservations team at 1-800-567-6567 for specific route pricing.
- Must be in a hard-shell kennel (no soft or wire cages)
- In-cabin: Must fit under the seat
- Pets may be moved to cargo if another passenger is allergic
- Fee: $221.37 (Ontario) / $225.25 (Quebec)
Bring at least one of the following:
- One piece of valid PHOTO identification that is issued by government authority and that shows the passenger’s name and date of birth Or
- Two pieces of valid identification that are issued by government authority, at least one of which shows the passenger’s name and date of birth Or
- A restricted area identity card, as defined in section 3 of the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations.
- Children aged 5–11 may travel unaccompanied as UMs
- Full adult fare applies + $100 + tax per leg
- Must arrive 90 minutes early and forms are required
- Pickup requires signature by authorized adult
No. Only a physical, government-issued ID is accepted for travel.
Travel Without ID (Non-Screened Flights Only)
If you don’t have your government-issued ID, you may still travel on non-screened Air Creebec flights only if you provide one of the following:
1) A Letter or Email From an Official Source
Must include your name and date of birth and come from:
- Band Office
- Cree Health Board
- Other recognized government office
⚠️ These letters/emails cannot be used on screened flights.
Lost or Stolen ID
If your ID was lost or stolen, you may travel if you present:
- A document issued by a government or police service confirming the loss or theft
Your identity must still be verified using alternative ID, such as:
- Employee ID card
- Public transit card
- Baptismal certificate
Medical Exceptions
You may travel if your appearance no longer matches your ID photo due to medical reasons, if you present:
- A document signed by a healthcare professional confirming the change or condition (ex: facial bandaging)
Very Important:
- Only original physical ID is accepted when required. Electronic copies are not accepted under any circumstances.
- ***The name on your ID must match the name on your boarding pass.
