If you meet the following conditions, you may be entitled to this program that is supported by the Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility as part of the Regional Air Access Program (RAAP).

The passenger:

• Certifies (i) that the trip is made solely for personal purposes and not for business or work, unless they work for a non-profit organization and are traveling in this context, (ii) that the price of the ticket is not reimbursed by an employer or a legal entity, unless it is a non-profit organization or the travel is for school, extracurricular, sports, or cultural activities for students, and (iii) that they have not obtained, during the fiscal year (April 1 to March 31), more than six one-way tickets (or three round trips) under the RAAP, unless their primary residence is located in the regions of Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Bas-Saint-Laurent, Côte-Nord, Gaspésie–Îles–de–la-Madeleine, Saguenay–Lac Saint-Jean, or Nord-du-Québec.
• Consents to the transmission of any personal information by the carrier to the Minister of Transport and Sustainable Mobility for the purpose of verifying compliance with the above statements.

In the event of a false declaration regarding the above statements, the passenger agrees to directly reimburse the Minister for any amounts paid by the Minister to the carrier for the sale of this ticket under the Regional Air Access Program.
