The Regional Air Access Program (RAAP) discount can be applied during booking by selecting the RAAP option. You’ll need to provide proof of eligibility. Contact our reservations team for assistance.

Checked baggage allowances vary by route and fare type. Standard checked bags up to 44lbs are included on all routes. Excess baggage fees apply for overweight or additional bags. See our baggage policy for complete details.

Flight changes are subject to availability and fare rules. Changes can be made up to 24 hours before departure through our website or by calling reservations. Change fees may apply depending on your fare type.

In case of cancellations due to weather or operational reasons, we’ll rebook you on the next available flight.

We recommend arriving 60 minutes before domestic flights and 90 minutes before flights with connections. Some smaller airports may have different requirements – check with your departure location.

Bring at least one of the following:

1. One piece of valid PHOTO identification that is issued by government authority and that shows the passenger’s name and date of birth Or
2. Two pieces of valid identification that are issued by government authority, at least one of which shows the passenger’s name and date of birth Or
3. A restricted area identity card, as defined in section 3 of the Canadian Aviation Security Regulations.
